Post-Construction Yield Analysis

Analysis of the early performance of the site allows prediction of future performance at greater level of statistical accuracy than are available through the pre-construction budget. Our unique analysis methods are particularly valuable when used in site refinancing where the statistical probabilities used p75 or p90 can often increase post construction releasing value. We can:
