We manage external consulting surveyors to maximise value and minimise cost using stringent methodologies required for Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) sections, while managing the whole EIA production and submission to determination ensuring that a cohesive viable and economic project is at all times maintained.

We ensure that appropriate land option agreements are in place, and clients are represented in discussions and negotiations with the public, landowners, local councils, regional and national authorities and statutory consultees.
