Natural Power was established by two characters with a passion for renewables. In a back bedroom, in Glasgow.

21 years later, one of those characters is sat here writing to you about a company that now employs more than 330 incredible technical specialists, advisors and project managers that have played a part in the success of Natural Power.  The team has been involved in over 800 projects across 32 countries and are branching out further afield every year; both geographically and also in the services that we provide to our clients and the renewable and infrastructure industries as a whole.

From some of the industry leading technical analysts, to our team of site managers on the ground we house a very diverse skillset within Natural Power working throughout a project’s lifecycle allowing us to help from Day 1 or Day 100 of a development. Indeed, in some cases we are still on site on Day 3650 providing operational support and ecological monitoring.

As such, we attract high achievers that like to be challenged whilst offering a unique place to work. You will be encouraged to do well by management and peers. Our social, sports, charity, sponsorship and environmental groups are run and managed by our staff delivering real corporate social responsibility rather than just having a policy.

In a recent engagement survey, 70% of our staff think ‘Positive Green’. This passion is obvious through statistics my teams give me – for example, a 95% consenting record on more than 2000 MW of renewable energy projects.
