Natural Power has provided technical due diligence support to Igneo, a global infrastructure investment manager, on their agreement to acquire a majority equity interest in Soltage, LLC (‘Soltage’).

Natural Power has appointed Tom Sklaschus as Energy Storage – Technical Director.  

Natural Power has provided vendor’s due diligence to Innergex Renewable Energy Inc in support of its long-term co-investment agreement with Crédit Agricole Assurances to provide additional equity commitment for the development and financing of ongoing renewable energy projects in France. 

In April 2022, Natural Power was awarded the contract to deliver service operations services to the Windy Standard Wind Farm (also known as Brockloch Rig), based Northeast of Carsphairn in Dumfries & Galloway.

Natural Power, has provided technical due diligence for AB CarVal, a global alternative asset manager in support of more than $700 million of credit, equity and debt raised to fund Peregrine's pipeline of seven gigawatts plus of renewable energy projects including standalone battery, solar and wind technologies. 

Acting on behalf of Renewable Power Capital (RPC), Natural Power has overseen the construction phase of all three Project Magna onshore wind farm sites in Finland, constructed by OX2 and celebrating their official opening this week.
