When did you join Natural Power? 

In September 2023. 

What does a typical working day look like for you? 

No two days are ever quite the same, which brings plenty of pleasant surprises every day. On average, my day looks something like this: 

Take the children to school and then cycle to work. 

Morning coffee with the Construction team. 

Support project managers with specific questions relating to their projects when needed. 

Manage operational or commercial emergencies. 

Lunch at the office. 

A nap in the patio hammock. 

Follow up with our existing clients through phone calls or Teams meetings, and prospect for new clients. 

Prepare commercial proposals. 

Organise upcoming recruitment activities and business trips. 

Respond to specific questions related to an ongoing due diligence process. 

Work on longer-term topics such as innovation or organisational development. 

What do you enjoy most about your job? 

The interactions with people, both internally and externally, and the opportunity to work in the renewable energy sector. 

What are the most interesting projects you have worked on, and why? 

I enjoy new challenges, so I would say reviewing the design of the next offshore prototype with a mixed French and Scottish team, as well as organising due diligence inspections across seven different wind farms in four countries within just a few days. 

What is your greatest achievement at work? 

Having a team successfully deliver a complex project and receive positive feedback from the client upon completion.
