Global independent renewable energy consultancy, Natural Power, has provided technical due diligence on behalf of TerraForm Power for its acquisition of Sun Tribe Development, a mid-sized utility-scale solar and storage developer based in Virginia.
TerraForm Power is a leading developer and operator of renewable projects and has more than doubled its development pipeline of solar and battery storage with this transaction. The Sun Tribe Development pipeline consisted of 4,100 MW across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast U.S.
